The Bespoke Process

1. Proposal

To get started, kindly complete the bespoke invitation quotation request form. This will provide you with an initial understanding of the project's expenses. We shall be delighted to respond to you with an estimate that comprehensively aligns with the entirety of the project within a 48-hour timeframe. Upon your approval of the quotation, you may then proceed with the review, signing of the contract, and the submission of a 50% deposit.

2. Exploration

We will delve into your inspirations, your vision, and your preferences regarding the aesthetics of your dream wedding stationery. Using your information, we will create a mood board that will capture the essence of the overall ambiance you desire. This mood board will serve as the foundation for our initial creative drafts.

3. Design

Once the mood board has been approved, we will create several design drafts for you to choose from, tailored to meet your expectations. We will present various combinations of materials, printing methods, along with their color palettes. These designs will also encompass embellishment options and their variations.

4. Approval

Following your feedback, we will create a realistic design of your entire final suite. From there, you may request revisions. Three sets of revisions are included for bespoke invitations. Additional revisions will incur a fee and will extend the duration of the process.

5. Production & Delivery

Once the proof has received your approval, we will present you with the invoice for the remaining balance, which must be settled before we initiate any production. Upon receipt of the balance payment, we will promptly commence the production and assembly of your suites. Typically, this process takes approximately 4 to 6 weeks or potentially longer, depending on your selection of embellishment options, material availability, and the responsiveness of the client. Your order is finally sent directly to your guests or to you if you request it.
