Below are some of common questions about our products, designs and samples
The invitation quantity is generally established as follows: One invitation per household/family. We strongly advise to take an additional quantity of invitation for the unforeseen (additions of guests, omissions, last minute changes, the photographer, etc). We suggest 5 to 10 additional suites. The minimum order is 20 invitations, if you wish additional invitations, they will be invoiced according to the nature and the composition of these. It is not possible to decrease the quantity of the number of invitations once the order has been placed.
In general, Save The Dates should be sent around 5 to 9 months before D-Day. As for official invitations, 8 to 16 weeks before D-Day or earlier if you do not wish to send Save The Date prior.
Absolutely! All our models are unique and handmade by Naya London. Illustrations and calligraphy are Naya London creations. Illustrations for envelope liners may be artwork dating from the 17th or 18th century.
We can send you custom samples which include a selection of print methods, papers, range of colors as well as samples of a selection of embellishments. This sample set is at the single price of £50 GBP + shipping. If you book an order from Naya London, we will deduct the price of the sample set from your overall order. Contact us here for all sample kit requests.
Naya London retain rights to designs created and sold. We also retain the right to post our creations on our social media. If you do not authorize the publication of your invitations on our social media, we invite you to let us know before signing the contract.

Production & Shipping
Below are some common questions about the production and shipping
We offer several postage options :
- For semi-custom collection orders, proofing time including changes/modifications is typically 2-4 weeks. Then the production stage takes between 4 to 7 weeks depending on the options chosen for printing and embellishment as well as the quantity of invitations. Delivery time is not included. Processing and production times for fully personalized collections are longer and more variable depending on demand. To find out about these deadlines, please contact us directly here. Note that these deadlines are for information only and may be extended by your response times, your changes/additional modifications etc.
- Yes, your project can be given priority for an additional cost defined according to the desired deadline. However, the production time remains the same, your project just takes priority over other projects in progress.
Express delivery is available and subject to additional charges.
We deliver all over the world. The majority of our customers are based abroad. We offer delivery to the desired address. The sending of each invitation directly to your guests is however, only possible on request and under conditions so please reach out to us for further details. All our deliveries are made with UPS. The delivery time is 3 working days for the UK and 6 to 10 working days for international. Delivery costs are established and invoiced once the package is ready for departure. The price differs depending on the dimensions and weight of the package(s). The departure of the package can only be made once the full payment of the invoice has been paid.
Naya London is particularly committed to the care and quality of the packaging and protection of your package. However, we accept no responsibility for loss, damage or delays in delivery. Naya London is no longer responsible for your package once it has left our studio, even if this has never happened!
We offer several postage options :
- Vintage stamps: Depending on the weight of your letters, we offer a set of vintage stamps in harmony with your theme and/or envelope colour. We offer the choice between two sets of vintage stamps before validation.
- 2024 stamps: Depending on the current offer from Royal Mail, USPS, La Poste, etc.
- Faux stamps: We offer faux stamps to embellish your envelopes. They have a purely aesthetic function and can be personalized or created especially for your event. They have no postal value. They can be combined with current stamps.
- If you wish to take care for the postage of your invitations, we will be happy to advise you of the final weight of the envelope once production and assembly have been completed. For all questions regarding cost and current postage information, we advise you to contact your local post office.
